My dog does not get along with other dogs. Can he still be a pup on the path?
Yes. At Pups on the Path, all our walks are individual. Your dogs will have our undivided attention and will not be exercised within a group.
How do I get started with Pups on the Path?
Getting started in easy! Simply send us an email on the contact page or give us a call. We will answer all your questions and setup a free meet and greet so we can get to know you and your pets. We understand that letting someone into your home requires a great deal of trust. We want to give to you a chance to feel comfortable with us while we learn about any special requirements your furry friends may need. Once you decide we are a good fit, you will receive an email with information on how to get setup on our mobile app.
I have more than one pet. Can they all get on the path?
Yes. Pups on the Path is happy to provide exercise to all your pets. For additional pets, you never have to pay for multiple full visits. A small additional fee will be added to each walk.
How do I schedule walks or pet-sitting?
You can schedule services directly on our mobile app from almost anywhere. We will send a confirmation when your requests are accepted.
Is there some way I can know when my dog has been walked?
Absolutely. We understand how important your pets are to you. Pups on the Path uses its mobile app to alert you when we arrive at your home. Want to follow along? Our GPS tracking lets you know exactly what path we take. After the visit, you will receive a confirmation as well notes from our team detailing how things went.
When will I receive invoices from Pups on the Path?
Pups on the Path invoices monthly for services. You will receive a bill on the last day of every month which is due on the 10th day of the following month. For certain overnight services, we may require a deposit or payment in advance.
Does Pups on the Path require my pet to be vaccinated?
Yes, we require that your pet be up to date on all required vaccinations.
Your services are very flexible, but what if I need something different?
At Pups on the Path, we have designed our services to be flexible to fit your needs. However, sometimes you may need help with something that is not on our list. Maybe you need assistance in bringing your dog to the vet or picking up his/her favorite food. Just send us a note and we will figure out a way to help.
How will my keys be stored?
Pups on the Path stores all keys securely in our office. When you are ready to become part of our pack, we will pick them up directly from you and return them whenever you like. We never mark keys with a name or address so they can never be used by anyone other than your dog-walker.
Is Pups on the Path insured?
You can rest easy, Pups on the Path is bonded and insured.
